Question 1

What TFT LCD sizes does XUNRUI manufacture?

Accepted Answer

We produce TFT LCD modules from 0.96 inch to 27 inch. The most requested sizes are 1.8, 2.1, 3.5, 4.3, 5.0, 5.5, 7.0, 8.0, 9.0, 10.1, 11.6, 13.3 and 15.6 inch, in standard, round, bar and square formats.

Question 2

What is the MOQ for a customized TFT LCD project?

Accepted Answer

After sample approval we offer a one-time small-batch trial run of 5 to 500 units to validate mass-production feasibility. Customized mass production then requires a minimum order quantity of over 1,000 units.

Question 3

Which parameters of a TFT display can be customized?

Accepted Answer

Size, module thickness, backlight brightness, FPC flat cable length and pin-out, interface type, and touch panel size and shape can all be customized. We also supply capacitive and resistive touch panels, AV/VGA/HDMI/LVDS driver boards, adapter boards and glass cover plates.

Question 4

How does XUNRUI control TFT LCD quality?

Accepted Answer

Every batch passes IQC incoming inspection, glass inspection, FOG inspection with aging, finished-product inspection with aging, and OQC outgoing inspection before shipment. Our management system is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Question 5

Should I choose a capacitive or resistive touch TFT LCD?

Accepted Answer

Capacitive touch suits consumer-grade, medical and smart-home interfaces that need multi-touch and a glass cover. Resistive touch suits industrial and outdoor equipment operated with gloves or a stylus, or exposed to water droplets and electrical noise.
